We are currently seeking a IBM Tivoli - Netcool Administrator to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii (US-HI), United States (US). Job Description: Installing, administering, deploying and managing Netcool products Providing solutions to monitor Systems, Services, Network, Resources, Devices for Mid-Large size Enterprises (100k+ devices) Gathering requirements, analysis, design of NMS & IBM Tivoli Netcool suite of products and to provide accurate reporting and information regarding the ongoing projects and initiatives Understand and document the processes and procedures for deployment, study customer systems, applications and network Collaborate with vendors and help resolve issues Basic Skill Requirements

• 5+ years of expereince in Tivoli Installs, Administration, Deployment of Netcool Products.
• 2+ years in Triggers, Views and Filters in Omnibus/Netcool
• 2+ years in IBM Tivoli Netcool Suite of Products Other Skills (Preferred)
  • IBM TIVOLI NETCOOL - Very good experience installing, administering, deploying and managing Netcool products.
  • Expertise in providing solutions to monitor Systems, Services, Network, Resources, Devices for Mid-Large size Enterprises (100k+ devices)
  • Experience in gathering requirements, analysis, design of NMS & IBM Tivoli Netcool suite of products and to pro
  • Provide accurate reporting and information regarding the ongoing projects and initiatives
  • Experience on SNMP, SYSLOG, TL1, Mttrapd, EIF Probe and Vendor specific probes
  • Experience in Writing Netcool/Impact policies to enrich alarms and send email custom notifications based on client requirements
  • Experience in Writing custom Netcool probe rules and make rules files changes
  • Experience in writing custom tools, triggers, views, filters in Netcool/Omnibus
  • Experience in initial planning, designing and assessment meetings and to collect customer requirements, technical, infrastructure details about integration tools and utilities required for implementation and development
  • Understand and document the processes and procedures for deployment, study customer systems, applications and network
  • Experience in monitoring business critical network devices, applications, databases, processes, services, log files, syslog messages etc
