• Primary objective of the position will be to assist the Investment Advisor/Planner in accomplishing their 4 major outcome activities which are meeting with clients, public speaking (podcast shows/live events), implementing the Rapid Retire Plan, and business development. Job Information:
  • Full Time Position
  • Compensation type: To be determined based on experience

  • Desired start date: Immediately Qualifications:
    • Must have 3-5 years of experience working in the field of finance or office management (bank, credit union, office manager, investment management, insurance company or similar)
    • Training on the BrightTree system and process will be provided
    • Computer programs: Excel, Word
    • Transportation: Must have a car and live on the island of Oahu
    • Must have experience with Client Management Software(CRM's)
    • Investment management platform experience
    • Must live on the Island of Oahu Skills & Abilities:
      • Must have the ability to prioritize workload with minimal supervision as being in the office full time will not be required at some point
      • Must have the ability to self manage
      • Must be able to work Saturdays if needed
      • Must have the ability to maintain strict confidentiality agreement as you will be working with other people's money How to Apply:

          • Provide information, customer service and handle client request issues for clients
          • Contact current client base to set-up review meetings and preparing materials for these meetings
          • Be good at creating systems to run the office efficiently, in a highly organized, detail-oriented manner
          • Send information to agencies that provide support services and follow-up on results
          • Prepare outgoing email and snail-mail correspondence; send out packets and respond to e-mails to keep communication with clients and prospects current
          • Make follow-up calls with prospects who have requested an appointment as a result of our marketing system
          • Help collect data to create financial plans
          • Assist with maintaining client's cash flow through different systems/software/strategies
          • Other client relation management activities
          • Must be extremely personable and relatable
