Position Overview:

The Ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. As an account Executive, you will be responsible for closing all potential leads that are driven into the showroom through various avenues in addition to generating leads for yourself by networking and prospecting.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all day-to-day operations of the showroom
  • Build a strong top-of-tunnel through data-driven calling, email, and creative sales tactics
  • Deeply evaluate prospects and manage pipeline
  • Make outbound calls to prospects in various trades
  • Receive showroom area internet leads, follow-up via e-mail or phone to quote and close sales
  • Research, contact and schedule site visits with prospective trades and large residential projects
  • Listen intently and rely on facts to close, not your ability to be salesy or convincing
  • Assist walk-in Customers
  • Use the company Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Maintain inventory of samples and catalogs for the showroom
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching to help enhance closing ratios and assist in creating highly functional effective/efficient Account Executives

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in sales, management, or relevant role in the industry
  • Excellent people skills with the ability to sell over the phone, via email correspondence and in-person consultations
  • Pays strict attention to detail
  • Superior computer skills
  • Ability to exceed sales goals and expectations for quotas
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Advanced experience in modern CRM software
  • Outgoing, professional and self-motivated is a must
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
