Job Purpose: Responsible for directing the day-to-day activities
of the IT Service Desk Department and its analysts, ensuring
performance standards and service levels are met.
Oversee Help Desk Department. Ability to manage and prioritize
IT Service Desk requests and assign to staff. Responsible for
mentoring Help Desk staff when needed. Ability to track and measure
Help Desk efficiencies, monitor call volume, and staff

High school diploma or equivalent experience. Four year
Experience 5 or more years' experience in IT. Significant
hospitality or travel industry experience.
Valid Drivers' license.
