Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Hours may vary)

Responsible for expanding the Commercial Card Portfolio by incorporating new customers and growing existing relationships. Integrates new technologies and capabilities to maintain FHB's position as the Hawaii market leader for card-based commercial payments. Coordinates with operations functions internal and external to the Corporate Card Department in order to deliver a customer experience that supports portfolio growth and customer retention.

Required Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in outside business-to-business sales; or
  • 5 years of progressively responsible experience in customer service; or
  • 2 years of professional experience in account payables solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferred Master's degree in Business or professional certification in commercial payments.
  • Accounting, Finance, or Procurement knowledge.
  • 5+ years banking or financial services experience.
  • Demonstrated performance in meeting and/or exceeding sales goals and servicing Key Performance Indicators.
  • Card issuing and card acquiring knowledge desired.
  • Experience with TSYS, CentreSuite, or SmartData Online a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to handle confidential matters judiciously.
  • Able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines.
  • Confidence in managing multiple projects and timelines concurrently.
  • A high degree of comfort engaging positively with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft products.
  • Must be comfortable in a goals driven environment.
