"We're looking for an IT Helpdesk Specialist! In this role, you'll be responsible for providing technical support to internal users and serve as the first point of contact for help desk support. You will support our IT infrastructure by managing various support systems including G Suite, phone\/fax lines, HRIS account setups, workstations and hardware.What You'll Do:* Assist internal users to find resolutions to problems with hardware and systems that arise in a timely manager.* Provide excellent customer service skills to walk users through problem solving processes, provide feedback, and sees through to resolution.* Support routine system maintenance. * Track, route, and redirect issues to correct resources. Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support. Own help desk KPIs and metrics.* Maintains documentation and inventory of IT equipment and software. * Verify integrity of system backups to ensure data is safe and secure in the event of system outages. * Own user access setup, removal, and configuration changes. Maintain hardware including printers, PC's and phone conferencing. What Makes You A Great Fit:* Experience.* 2+ years of prior help desk experience is preferred.* Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent field is preferred.* Prior Experience working with desktop applications including GSuite, Office365, and\/or Windows Operating Systems* Working knowledge of help desk software, security permissions, and remote control.* Customer Focus. Exceed internal and external customer needs in ways that provide satisfaction and excellent results for our clients. Demonstrate empathy while establishing \"partner\" relationships with internal and external contacts. Regarded as visible and accessible.* Pragmatism. Generate sensible, realistic, practical solutions to problems. Strong ability to troubleshoot various technical issues. * Communication.
