IT Technician

We are hiring an IT Technician. We are looking for a flexible, team player in our IT Department. Must have a car to travel to various locations. We welcome new IT graduates and are willing to train the right candidate!

What you'll be doing:- Level 1 (and above) IT troubleshooting and support- Installing, supporting, and maintaining hardware/software (in office and at various parking locations)- Manage and coordinate Windows and Windows Server updates with various departments and parking locations- Assist with non-IT related work load and projects as neededRequirements:- Reliable transportation to drive to various locations on Oahu as needed- Knowledge of and working experience with Windows operating systems (7/10)- Knowledge of and working experience with Windows Server 2012/2016- Ability to use and troubleshoot desktop applications (Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, etc.)- Good understanding of web-based applications (G Suite, Dropbox, Jotform, etc.)- Basic networking skills - Good understanding of iOS and Android devices- Ability to troubleshoot various hardware/software/web-based devices and solutions- Flexible schedule (including nights and/or weekends)- Basic understanding of parking systems (preferred but not required)Come join our dynamic team!Apply online at
