Job Description:

A lending company has an open position for a Remote Foreclosure Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:
Performing internet research to identify utilities and HOAs
Processing postponements, reinstatement requests and judgments
Providing copy of default notice to investor and mortgage insurance carrier
Qualifications for this position include:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Highly proficient with data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment required
Prior experience using the internet to perform basic searches to obtain information
Prior experience using document retention software
