accurate loan documentation package reflecting the borrower's needs
and credit approval in a timely manner, providing superior customer
service to both internal and external customers.The Successful
candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns
with their experience.Required Qualifications10 years' experience
in commercial banking operations and support including at least
five years' experience in loan operations with emphasis on
commercial real estate and construction lending.Bachelor's Degree
in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business-related field
and/or equivalent work experience.Understanding of Basic
Compliance, Basic Mortgage Remedies / Enforcement, Intermediate
Mortgage Financing / Lending, Intermediate Loan Agreements, Basic
Lien Laws, Basic Legal Terminology, Basic Files, Basic Escrow,
Basic E/Mortgage Impairment Certificates of Insurance, Basic
Document Coding, Basic Contracts, Basic Microsoft Word.
