Job Description:

Fresh food manufacturing seeking to hire an experienced manufacturing lead and supervisor. very much a hands on job, and the role will primarily take place on the production floor. While this is a leadership role, applicants should also be able to participate in physical, production related duties whenever the need arises.Hours: M-F 5:30am - 2:00pmPay: BOE, ample room for growth within companyBenefits: 0 cost health insurance with HMAA, PTO, Fish discountsJob duties

Lead and schedule a crew of fish cutters, packers and fulfillment staff
Oversee HACCP controls
Oversee and manage daily shipping procedures for retail and wholesale orders, coordinate with drivers and delivery staff
Oversee order fulfillment functions and maintain inventory controls.
Assist in hiring and training crew
Participate in role development of manufacturing operations
Communicate and coordinate with customer service and other internal staff
Participate in warehouse supply maintenance and ordering
