APPLICANTS MUST RESIDE IN HAWAII. THIS IS AN ON-SITE JOB, Mon - Fri

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

* Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
* Responding promptly to customer inquiries
* Communicating with customers through various channels
* Acknowledging and resolving customer concerns and inquiries
* Operate the Mac computer and business software applications
* Manage warranty claim processes using various vendor websites
* Ensure maximum customer respect and attention to service
* Perform additional assignments and special projects to meet organizational goals

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND COMPETENCIES

* Fluent oral and written English communication skills; Read with understanding
* Attention to detail, Excellent communication skills, Excellent troubleshooting skills
* Ability to speak/hear clearly in person and on the phone
* Ability to always remain respectful and professional on the phone
* Strong ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities at once
* Mid-level experience using a smart phone, tablet, and internet
* Operating knowledge of personal computers, MacOS is preferrable
* Strong ability to work well with others in a team atmosphere
* Possess a positive attitude, strong work ethic, be reliable, punctual, and seeks to contribute to the constant improvement of an outstanding team and company

WORKING CONDITIONS

* Sitting for extended periods of time
* Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computer components
* Ability to lift to 30 pounds, excellent communication skills
* Work in an air-conditioned office

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

* High School Diploma or GED equivalent
* Over 18 years old
* Ability to pass a Drug Screening and Background Check

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 2+ years of customer service experience
* Knowledge / experience of both AC and DC systems
* General knowledge of NEC, NABCEP Certification
* Solar and Electrical knowledge or experience
