If interested in this role, please call Kenji Nakano at 808.452.0265Your responsibilities in this role- Answering all incoming phone calls- Look after various office files and provide general office filing support- Be a welcoming presence for visitors- Support other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks- Wield strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency- Maintain various office files and provide general office filing support- Submit orders for office and kitchen supplies- Arrange, review, and distribute incoming mail according to specified procedures Requirements - Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills- Proven knowledge of data entry- Basic Office Equipment experience required- Customer service experience- navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience- Well-founded grasp of Microsoft Office Suites- Proficiency in Official Coding Guidelines- Switchboard phone (1-10 lines) experience preferred- Excellent customer service and office administrative skills- 1+ years of related experience- Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement- Optimistic, creative, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy- Sound written and verbal communication skillsThis position is available exclusively through Robert Half.
