We are a high-tech, patient-centered orthodontic practice that is well-known for our expertise with Invisalign and our exceptional customer service. We are seeking a cheerful, reliable individual to join our team of exceptional and friendly professionals. A passion for helping people, excellent communication skills, and a good eye for details are essential for this position. Position Details

Creating an exceptional positive experience when patients arrive and leave the office Schedule appointments Coordinate appointments with other dental offices Discuss and handle financial and insurance related matters Correspond via email, phone, text message, and written letters General administrative duties Qualifications

High school degree or higher Minimum of 2 years of work experience Previous sales or customer service experience Previous dental or orthodontic experience preferred but not required Helpful Characteristics

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Enthusiasm and high energy Dependability and consistency Detail-oriented Excellent with computers Self-starter and independent Fast-learner Team player Schedule

4 Days per week 2 Saturdays per month Will be based at both Ala Moana and Pearlridge locations Compensation Package
