Description Robert Half has an immediate opening for an experienced Data Entry Clerk for a financial services company in Honolulu, HI. The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for performing high volume alphanumeric data entry for the company and their clientele. Responsibilities will also include covering the Receptionist desk as needed, primarily for breaks.Duties:-Data entry- Performing related clerical work such as typing, filing, and sorting mail distribution- Assist with documentation- Using applicable software programs to create inventories, letters, and other business-related documents- Preparing shipping labels and ordering FedEx and UPS pickups and deliveries- Receptionist duties as needed (answering, assisting, and directing all incoming telephone calls to appropriate parties in a business-minded and courteous manner)- Performing other duties as assigned Requirements Requirements- 1 year+ recent experience performing data entry in an office environment- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills- Positive attitude- Strong basic to intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills- Team player, business-minded, flexible, reliableFree parking and room for growth!This is an excellent career opportunity for a growth-oriented Data Entry Clerk who is deeply passionate to succeed!
