What Will I be Doing?
The -Trainer Contract Services -is responsible for the training and
education of all Contract Services Coordinators. You will
collaborate to continually analyze training needs, devise and
implement plans, and evaluate training effectiveness and
remediation.

Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborates with other Trainers and Sales Services leadership
to develop and maintain training plans for all training needs.
Document/distribute both new and existing plans to ensure training
practices are current and effective. Plans may include
schedules/timeframes and landmarks; approaches, materials,
environments and formats, methods for evaluating training
effectiveness, and the cadence, content, participants, etc. for
ongoing training.
- Identifies all materials and other resources needed to
implement training plans. Creates or procures these and maintains
adequate resource inventory for future needs.
- Provides direct training to targeted audiences according to
plans, including sessions designed for new team members and for
more experienced team members. Identifies emerging training needs
and will make new or modify existing plans. Training may be
conducted in a variety of formats, including virtual meetings,
in-person, etc.
- Devises reliable, accurate methods of evaluating effectiveness,
and continually analyzes and documents training effectiveness to
identify enhancements aimed at improving training and collaborate
to implement those enhancements.
- Develop appropriate methods and implement certification to
ensure goals for trainees have been reached in each area(direct
observation, testing, etc.) Maintain documentation of all
certifications.
- Maintains regular communication with leadership, stays current
on all business, system, process, and policy changes to ensure that
all plans and materials are accurate and up to date, and
collaborate across all regions ensure consistency and cohesiveness
and resolve any identified discrepancies.
- Provides support including, but not limited to, answering VHUB
calls, processing contracts, administrative tasks, special
projects, and any other request from leadership.

the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- 2+ years of Contract Services experience in a Coordinator, with
demonstrated ongoing and consistent solid performance.
- Consistently demonstrates a cooperative mentality; takes the
initiative to assist team members; has a history of positive,
supportive relationships with their team and demonstrates
professional, effective communication skills.
- Detailed, analytical, inquisitive, and capable of grasping
sophisticated concepts.
- Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision; identify
action items, proactively initiate the tasks vital to complete
those items, and provide timely status updates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Must have a solid
understanding of Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and
diagramming applications.
- Ability to lead projects across multiple departments and
organizations.
- Ability to remain adaptable and flexible, and to maintain
productivity under pressure in high-stress, fast-paced
environments.
