As the On-Call Pool Attendant, you will be responsible for the upkeep of the Pool Deck area(s) and supervise the safe usage of the Pool.

  Schedule Details:
  
  
  
  The Position is On-Call. On-Call Team Members are generally scheduled 0-19 hours per week. The primary schedule for this position will be between Friday-Sunday 6:00am-2:00pm or 11:30am-7:30pm, however a flexible schedule may be required depending on the needs of the business.
  
  
  
  Additional Responsibilities Include:
  
  
  
  
  • 
    
  • Clean and maintain seating areas, lounge chairs, daybeds and cabanas according to hotel standards.
    
  • Greet/Acknowledge guests and answer questions on reservation process and pool amenities.
    
  • Hand out, collect, and replenish pool towels and monitor inventory to minimize loss while ensuring towels are stocked and dirty towels are removed.
    
  • Supervise that guests are adhering to rules and safe usage while using the pool.
    
  • Transport supplies to pool attendant set up areas, towels/chaise lounge cover supply, acrylic ware, etc, throughout the day.
    
  • Complete closing duties including restocking items, turning off lights, cleaning candles/lanterns etc.
    
  • Assist in all other related duties as requested by management.

    • High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
      
    • Excellent customer service / guest relations skills
      
    • Proficient in the English language to communicate both verbally and in writing with guests, owners, and co-workers, and fully comprehend job assignments.
      
    • Ability to tolerate environmental factors such as humidity, cold/heat, dust, and noise
      
    • The ability to bend, stoop, walk and lift/push/pull up to 50lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
      
      
      
      
      It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

      • Previous Hotel/Hospitality experience
        
      • First Aid/CPR Certification
