SPECIFIC JOB DESCRIPTION: Perform duties as a SSR in support of specific compartmentalized and non-compartmentalized contingency plans supporting Neptune Hawk exercise requirements. Manage facets of a Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) program including physical, personnel, information and industrial security

ANSER is seeking a Special Security Representative (SSR) to support security operations associated with the HQ PACAF exercise program. In the course of this work, The analyst will:

• Understand the security posture of a SCIF and complete training of all personnel assigned to the NH program.
• Perform SSR functional duties are required as tenants in a SCIF
• SSR functional responsibilities consist of, but are not limited to the following:
  • Ensure all equipment entering facility is authorized prior to entry.
  • Inspect existence and maintenance of magnetic media control log annually.
  • Ensure all visitors are signed in/out of facility; file visitor logs for 90 days.
  • Inspect the SF-701, Activity Security Checklist/End of Day Checklist and ensure it is completed daily.
  • Conduct and document Random Inspections/Searches monthly.
  • Complete Self-Inspection Checklist annually and file in SCIF folder. Develop and coordinate correction plans for any open items
  • Test Emergency Action Plan and document annually; file plan in SCIF folder.
  • Conduct and document an Alarm/Guard response test in conjunction with PACAF/A2SP and Security Forces every 6 months.
  • Report/Investigate all security incidents.
  • Coordinate all construction and renovation projects to include configuration changes with PACAF SSO.
  • Police and enforce PEDs and Cell phone Policies.
  • Update FFC/TEMPEST Addendum as needed and submit to PACAF SSO.
  • Ensure all SCI personnel assigned participate in Security Awareness Education Programs and that training is properly documented
  • Maintain SCIF SharePoint Folder as directed. EDUCATION & YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
    • Bachelors degree plus five (5) years experience in SSR or SSO position or Asscoiates degree and ten (10) years experience in SSR or SSO position.
    • Current TS/SCI required and direct support to MAJCOM level exercise programs is strongly desired
