    • Successful completion of BA/BS degree
    • Passion for manufacturing
    • Manufacturing/ Engineering degreed preferred
    • Technical Proficiency
    • Demonstrated knowledge of FMCG industry
    • Ability to take key data points and derive them into actionable insights
    • Business Acumen
