Job Description:

We are currently seeking a collaborative, customer-focused Dispute Specialist to join our BankCard Center Team. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service in processing Mastercard and Visa dispute claims, ensuring appropriate action is taken within regulatory timeframes.

The ideal candidate will have:

Associates Degree or Baccalaureate Degree preferred with focus in Banking and Finance
Previous banking experience
Previous customer service experience
Solid writing skills necessary to correspond with customers and other financial institutions
Strong verbal communication skills necessary to handle calls from customers, internal departments and other financial institutions
Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-through
Good time management
Critical thinking skills
Ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines
Proficiency with 10 key calculator and typewriter
Computer skills with knowledge of MS Office
Work Schedule
Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Hours may vary)
