Job Description:

First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a customer-focused, collaborative, detail-oriented, Assistant Service Supervisor III to join our Main Banking Center. In this role, you will oversee the operations of the Banking Center. Supervise employees, balances and prepares reports, ensures compliance with bank policies and procedures, maintains branch workflow and assigns coverage as needed, resolves customer service issues and aggressively cross-sells bank products and services.
The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience.
Work Schedule
Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM; Saturday on a rotation basis 8:30AM - 1:30PM (hours may vary)
The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business preferred or minimum 1 - years bank operations experience required. Previous supervisory experience also required.
• Must be highly motivated; a self-starter and goal oriented.
• Must be detail oriented, organized and be able to work well under pressure.
• Must also be tactful and possess the ability to use sound judgement in regards to confidential information.
• Good customer relations, business development, and analytical skills are essential.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills required for frequent interaction with bank staff and customers.
