We are in need of a Real Estate Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in taking photographs, video and drone footage as well as experience in editing and creating marketing materials. The saying a picture is worth a thousand words' is perhaps more relevant in our industry than any other. The best visual representation of our properties is critical in order to best market and sell the properties in our portfolio.

Responsibilities:

--- Help real estate agents stage the home during the shoot to ensure eye pleasing results
--- Videograph homes listed for sale ensuring properties look their best and sell fast

--- Ability to edit and manipulate lighting, contrast and watermarks to ensure top quality videos
--- Plan for multiple shoots per day/week and be available in order to serve our clients
--- Ability to produce high quality virtual tours to post on various websites and attractively market the most homes possible


Qualifications:

--- Skilled in video equipment usage, lenses, lighting and photography

--- Able to handle multiple projects and deadlines

--- Enjoys working with all types of people and able to take constructive feedback and make adjustments
--- Excellent computer skills including working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop
--- Prefer real estate videography experience but will train
