Position Summary Description:
Supervises by providing leadership, peer coaching on operational tasks, and reinforcing operational standards. Addresses customer service-related questions, ensures the department operates efficiently, and creates an atmosphere focused on delivering high-quality customer service and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure employees do the same; establish and maintain customer relationships to meet product and service needs.
  
• Set an example for others in all aspects of the service process, including introducing new products, developing customer solutions, and resolving discrepancies; ensure timely communication of issues to management.
  
• Manage sales and customer service activities and staff competence to optimize sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction; contribute ideas for improving service levels.
  
• Manage cash and payment systems according to company procedures, prioritizing staff and customer safety.
  
• Use the company's Mission/Vision Statements and Core Values as guiding principles.

  Education/Training and Experience:
  

• 
  
• Associate's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, and/or
  
• One year of supervisory experience; customer service or related work experience preferred;
  
• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the food industry.
