Job Opportunity: Environmental Services Coordinator at Kahala NuiKahala Nui, Hawaii's premier Senior Living Community, is seeking a dedicated Environmental Services (EVS) Coordinator to join our team!The Environmental Services Coordinator supports the daily operations of the Environmental Services Department, focusing on building systems, preventative maintenance, vendor coordination, and administrative functions. This role is essential in ensuring Kahala Nui remains a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for residents and staff.The Coordinator works closely with the Director of Environmental Services, EVS staff, vendors, and other departments to ensure efficient operations and project execution.Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
• At least one year of experience as an administrative assistant or project coordinator, preferably in a hotel, hospital, or nursing home setting
• Understanding of terminology related to Environmental Services and building operations
• Strong organizational, coordination, and attention to detail skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; PowerPoint skills a plus
• Proof of annual tuberculosis clearance, per state regulations
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle interruptions
• Availability to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidaysEquivalent experience or education may be substituted at the hiring manager's discretion.Benefits:
