Job DescriptionWe are seeking a personable, dedicated, and detail-oriented Lead Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is a temporary position aimed at assisting our growing team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the recruitment process, attracting, and retaining top talent. The role requires strong organizational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. The Lead Coordinator will oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.Duties

• Assist in scheduling staff daily, adapting to operational changes.
• Check in staff onsite, possibly as early as 5:00 am, ensuring proper dress code and attendance, and reaching out to late employees.
• Coordinate with departmental managers to meet staffing needs.
• Support the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and screening.
• Utilize apps for timekeeping, applicant tracking, and payroll.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress.
• Manage staffing needs for large groups daily.
• Adapt to constant change positively, demonstrating excellent customer service and hospitality with a positive attitude.Experience
  • Strong administrative and computer skills.
  • Preferred experience in recruiting or human resources.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on relationship building.
