We need your extensive industry knowledge and advisory skills to solve some of ourclients' most complex problems-and find solutions that keep our nation safe.As a Joint Maritime Integrator, you'll bring your leadership, strategic, tactical,technical, DOTMLPF, MDMP, and JPP expertise to work alongside thought leadersin Joint integration in the maritime environment on science, analytics, and safety on projects with the US Navy, US Marine Corps, and US Coast Guard. You'll use your skills and expertise to facilitate the pre-exercise coordination and integration maritime planners and LNOs for better integration of maritime assets and capabilities throughout the JELC into events. You'll assist with improving maritime involvement and integration using post exercise lessons learned and exercise reports from maritime elements. You'll capture and share maritime integration opportunities and challenges with Joint participants to improve Joint inter-operability and prepare for future exercises and operations.Work with us to coordinate with US Navy, US Marine Corps, and US Coast Guard on Maritime requirements and operations to support training center rotations. You'll collaborate with force management to identify and request Maritime capabilities to support exercise objectives and training requirements. You'll facilitate interactions between a simulations center and commands, vessels, and simulations capabilities to incorporate maritime capabilities and activities into the exercise Joint Live, Virtual and Constructive exercise layers. You'll assist with resourcing and integration of surface and subsurface naval forces, sealift and littoral capabilities to support in theater Joint force training and readiness. You will capture and share maritime integration opportunities and challenges with Joint participants to improve Joint inter-operability and prepare for future exercises and operations. This activity focuses on mitigating the military training impact on civilian maritime activities and marine wildlife in accordance with Federal and State laws and regulations. You will work with the US Navy, US Coast Guard, and relevant interagency partners in the development of environmental planning and permitting documents. You'll ensure large-scale exercises maritime requirements and capabilities are appropriately coordinated with Federal and State maritime agencies.You served your country as an Officer or Non-Commissioned Officer-now, continue your mission with us.
