Job Description What will I be doing? As a Client Relations Coordinator you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Primary liaison between the Sales and Contracts departments
    • Ensure prompt, professional and courteous customer service to new and existing purchasers that are not able to contact the Club for service
      • Assist the Client Relations team with closings
        • Receive incoming mail to the Client Relations Management department (loan balance payoffs), enter comments into Voice, make copies of checks for back up files, and call the purchaser to confirm that checks have been received
          • Be available to answer questions for sales executives and managers
            • Sort files so they are ready to be executed with new owners
              • Review and execute purchase documents with purchasers on an as needed basis including filling in for Post to Owner and when it is busy
                • Assist with managing appointments for deeding process, execute notary services, and assist new clients with owner website navigation Qualifications What are we looking for?                   • Minimum 1 year proven customer service experience
                    • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
                      • Valid Notary License or the ability to obtain a license
                        • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays
                          • High school diploma/GED

                            It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
                            • Valid Real Estate and Notary License or the ability to obtain a license
