To learn more about our culture and other career opportunities, visitRole OverviewThe Benefits Analyst is a technical matter expert and responsible for ensuring quality assurance of our insurance products, benefits system - configurations, testing & implementation and benefits analytics. This role is accountable for timely & accurate audits and reconciliations; systems and technology tools are planned, configured, tested, implemented & maintained; documentation of processes; conduct trainings and analysis of benefits data. This role is on-site located at any of our offices in Hawaii Kai, Kahului, Kona, or Kapa'a.Responsibilities & Outcomes:

Quality Assurance. Within 3 months, completes 100% of assigned audits and carrier billing reconciliation accurately and within the established deadline. Address any errors or discrepancies timely to ensure correct enroll/change and/or the prevention of premium leakage.Systems/Technology Tools. Helps to manage and maintain Benefits operational technology tools. Benefits Analysis. Within 6 months, analyze data and provide recommendations for improvements or builds by the designated deadline.Open Enrollment. Within 6 months, participates in annual client health care renewals. Ensures enrollment information is accurate and escalates any discrepancies.Requirements & Qualifications:
