What Y ou'll D o: You will provide clerical support to our rental fleet department, including coordinating the entry and exit of vehicles in rental fleet, coordinate the movement of vehicles between locations , maintain records of car movements, car registrations and other new/used car paperwork , license plates , stickers and car keys, process invoices, answer phones and communicat e with internal and external parties.     • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Valid Driver's License
      • Effective verbal and written communication skills,
      • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of applications (Excel, Word)
      • Willingness to work outside on occasion or near a mechanical shop with moderate noise
