We're looking for a Construction Manager to be based in the Honolulu, Hawaii area who is excited about working on projects supporting our clients' business and business practices. Join us and you'll have the chance to work on construction projects including runways, roads, rapid transit, bridge, as well as industrial and commercial facilities. You'll be accountable for orchestrating a number of construction related activities on civil focused projects including runways, roads, highways, rail, and water/wastewater. You will be expected to be able to work with clients and contractors with the knowledge of construction practices including change management, safety, quality assurance, scheduling, estimating, price negotiations, and oversight of day-to-day activities. Here's What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in construction/engineering related field
• 10+ years of experience in construction /management/inspection for transportation projects with a strong background in civil structures
• Knowledge of construction including material, methods, plans and specifications, associated safety requirements
• Perform calculations using algebra, trigonometry, and geometry
• Able and willing to workday or night shifts and/or flexible schedules including weekends as required
• Possessand maintain a satisfactory driving record
• Ability to read and interpret roadway, structure, and bridge plans and specifications Ideally, you'll also have:
