What You Will Do :
The AWS Infrastructure Engineer - Senior Consultant will be responsible for performing daily operations of our AWS infrastructure to support modern web-based applications. This AWS engineer will closely work with the development and security teams to build scalable and reliable systems. They will also be responsible for maintaining and managing the AWS infrastructure and optimizing the costs based on usage.

  Configure AWS Cloud Management and carefully monitor and manage its services with high priority and perfection

  Create compelling presentations that support Commercial Cloud Services
  
  
• 
  Create and manage VPC, URL proxies, WAF, and access points
  
  
• 
  Efficiently monitor billing and develop cost optimization strategies
  
  
• 
  Manage full AWS Lifecycle, Provisioning, Automation, and Security
  
  
• 
  Set up and manage multiple accounts, org units for an organization
  
  
• 
  Configure and fine-tune cloud infrastructure systems
  
  
• 
  Perform software upgrades
  
  
• 
  Apply kernel patches and errata patches
  
  
• 
  Monitor availability and performance extent
  
  
• 
  Manage disaster recovery and create backups
  
  
• 
  Maintain Data Integrity and access control while using AWS application platform
  
  
• 
  Learn metrics and carefully monitor the health or utilization of AWS resources on a full scale by making use of highly complex Amazon CloudWatch
  
  
• 
  Maintain backups of the resources, making extensive use of AWS services
  
  
• 
  Deploy automation infrastructure, using the AWS Cloud Formation technique. (Terraform/Pulumi/Ansible IaC)
  
  
• 
  Improve and tag resources to designate costs and thoroughly plan budgeting, governance, and reporting
  
  
  What You Will Need :
  
  • 
    
  • 
    Bachelor's degree
    
    
  • 
    6-8 years as a system administrator supporting enterprise computing platforms and systems
    
    
  • 
    5+ years running production systems on AWS
    
    
  • 
    Good understanding of AWS services, such as Shield, ECS, EKS, WAF, setting up security control policies, NAT, Internet Gateway, Routes and routing rules, Route53 etc.
    
    
  • 
    Very strong exposure in EKS/ECS (container orchestration), Cache services, Blue/Green deployment strategies
    
    
  • 
    Experience in configuring and building docker images. Build and deploy docker images to EKS/ECS clusters
    
    
  • 
    Experience with site monitoring and log monitoring tools
    
    
  • 
    Autoscaling in the cloud (EKS/ECS) and Docker experience is required
    
    
  • 
    Experience with Linux based systems, Python Scripting, shell scripts, PostgreSQL, Elastic Search, S3, REDIS, Kafka, Cross region replication, CloudTrail, CloudWatch.

      The annual salary range for this position is $77,500.00-$155,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
