* Construction Yard Attendant**POSITION TITLE**: Construction Yard Attendant **COMPANY**: G P Roadway Solutions **LOCATION**: Halawa **REPORTS TO**: Superintendent **ADDRESS**: 660 Mapunapuna St., Honolulu, HI 96819 **JOB INFORMATION****DATE**: June 12th,2021 **POSTING**: 2021-053 **PRINCIPAL DUTIES**- Operate a forklift to load and unload construction materials to and from flatbed trucks.- Organize construction materials in the yard.- Inventory construction materials when shipment arrives.- Take loads of materials to local shipping vendor. Pick up loads of materials from shipping vendor.- Prepare, fabricate, and pack materials for upcoming projects.- Receive and check in material shipments from vendors / suppliers. Advises supervisor of low levels of construction materials.- Prepare future orders. Up to and including the pulling of the necessary construction materials as needed for upcoming projects.- Performs other duties as assigned.- Promotes awareness of and follows Company and general safety policies.- Exhibits a core understanding of mutual respect and good customer service orientation in interactions with all people in the workplace.**PRINCIPAL REQUIREMENTS**- High School Diploma or equivalent.- 1 year warehouse experience preferred.
