Job Description:

Qualifications

Experience with Air Force Civil Engineering as a project or program manager
Experience with conducting site surveys
Knowledge of DoD and AF MILCON process, construction funding authorities, and programs
Knowledge of Master Planning, deployment and distribution planning, and contracting
Knowledge of distribution management, material management, and contingency operationsAbility to assess infrastructure feasibility.


Bachelor's degree in Project or Program Management, Logistics Management, General Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or Information Management Systems
Experience with allocating resources, providing capabilities to units, and planning and managing Fuels requirements
Experience with working on Strategic Level military staff
Experience with working in joint, interagency, intergovernmental, or multinational environments
Experience with leading and participating in a working group or planning groups
Knowledge of the DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process
Ability to create effective information papers, emails, reports, and various types of briefings, and present products to stakeholders and decision-makers to achieve key outcomes
Possession of excellent critical thinking and analytical skills to solve complex problems
Top Secret clearance
Master's degree
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification, Associate in Project Management certification, or Certified Project Management Practitioner (CPMP) Certification
