We are seeking a creative and driven professional with a passion for solving real world issues on a cross-functional, fast paced team. We are seeking a Systems Administrator that can work independently - please read below!This position is in support of the INDOPACOM Area of Responsibility. This position will support the day-to-day actions of the team. Responsibilities:

• Performs a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.
• Develops plans and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program.
• Acts as primary POC for Program Travel Request processing and administrative management.
• Writes and updates standard operating procedures for SAS, Spend Plan, Budget, Bid vs Actuals Report, Materials Report, Travel Report, and other program finance related functions.
• Coordinates with other team members to provide enterprise support as needed.
• Acts as primary POC for support to new employees during all phases of in-processing.
• Provides out-processing support for employees leaving the site. May perform business development activities.
• Serve as liaison between program employees and local site POCs.
• Interacts regularly with program employees and customers to ensure conformance with corporate, program and customer requirements.
• Provides support to new employees during all phases of in-processing.
• Provides out-processing support for employees leaving the site.
• Maintain and update host country processes to ensure compliance by all employees.
• May perform business development activities.
• Participates in special projects as required. Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of related business/program analysis experience.
  • BA/BS Degree - may substitute additional years of experience.
  • The work environment is fast paced and requires the ability to work on multiple projects at once and the ability to reprioritize based on customer needs.
  • Must have effective organizational skills.
  • Must be proficient in the use of MS Office Suite.
  • Basic knowledge of SharePoint desired.
  • Must have effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must develop comprehensive knowledge of program requirements.
  • Must possess and maintain a US TOP SECRET/SCI Security Clearance. Preferred Qualifications:
    • DoD contract experience preferred.
