Job DescriptionWhat will I be doing?During the assigned period (up to 6 months), the assignee will work as a Sales Executive (SE), a person who is a member of the sales team and is responsible for promoting HGV's new ownership model of vacation homes and vacation styles to customers at vacation galleries (sales venues) nationwide, based on the H.I.L.T.O.N. values. To maximize the sales growth of HGV by proposing the new ownership model of "Vacation Ownership" to customers at the vacation gallery (sales venue) nationwide.

  • Present and sell Hilton branded vacation ownership, a new concept product to customers who meet certain criteria and visit the sales gallery in 90 minutes/per session to acquire new customers
  • Sell new properties and upgrades to existing owners
  • Work with the Client Relations team to resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Conduct follow-up communication with purchased clients via phone, email, written correspondence, and occasionally in-person to ensure client satisfaction and to improve sales opportunities for upgrades and other sales opportunities
  • Share the feedback to supervisors and relevant departments on sales activities and other customer feedback to improve quality
  • Conducts events and sales activities at temporary sales galleries on a short-term travel basis

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 3 + years related experience
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Flexibility/adaptability for any change and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
    • Individuals who are financially driven
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, and holidays
    • Proficiency in the Japanese language
    • Possess valid Japanese work authorization documentationIt would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions
      • Associate degree
      • 3+ yrs experience in the timeshare, travel, or real estate industry
