Job DescriptionA Sales Leader In House with Hilton Grand
Vacations is responsible for assisting Sales Executives with
through the sales process. The Sales Leader interacts with guests
and guides Sales Executives through guest questions, presentation
strategy, and the sales closing process.What will I be doing?As a
Sales Leader In House you would be responsible for carrying out
your position's responsibilities and driving company success
through performing the following tasks to the highest
standards.
- Support the management team in meeting and exceeding sales
goals.
- Partner with Sales Executives to present timeshare product to
Owners.
- Provide mentoring to Sales Executives as advised by Sales
Management.
- Empower, mentor, challenge and assist the sales team in closing
vacation package sales to qualified guests.
- Assist in the development of training programs for new hires as
well as existing staff members to increase production levels.
- Develop and deliver effective training programs for new and
existing sales team members.
- Perform all other reasonable tasks as requested by Sales

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following
minimum qualifications and experience:
- 2+ years' front-to-back experience within vacation ownership
sales.
- 2+ years' experience mentoring, coaching or supervising team
members.
- Proven track record of success in vacation ownership
sales.
- Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends,
and holidays.
- Valid State of Hawaii Real Estate License.
- High school diploma/GED.It would be advantageous in this
position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and
distinctions:
- 3+ years' previous TO closing or sales management
experience.
