Coordinator or the administrative role that required a high level
of prioritization skillsAbility to communicate clearly, concisely,

staff on top customers.Assist in preparing RFQs and RMAs for Sales
staff.Work with GM to account for items sold to top customers.Daily
discussions with inside and outside sales staff to identify order
issues.Distribute opportunities identified by Sales staffs'
customer visits to the appropriate party (Inside Sales, Engineering
or Application Engineers)Research and provide quotes to Sales staff
on new items requested by customers, which would include cost and
lead times.Order all special-order items and provide cost and lead
times.Research other vendors or vendor branches for items required
by Sales staffCoordinate with vendor personnel for Sales staffs'
customer visitsManage Outlook calendar for GM & Sales staffReview
open order reports weekly for shipment in a current week and
identifies bottlenecksReview open pick tickets weekly for shipments
made and not invoicedCoordinate training and scheduling for sales
staffAssist and train at the front counter when neededPerform other
