Job Description The VIP Sales Executive is responsible for
direct sales of the Company’s sampler package (Vacation
Introductory Program) through a structured sales presentation which
includes an exit survey conducted on all applicable tours that did
not purchase the vacation ownership program during their scheduled

Salary is based on commission & bonuses governed by a compensation
plan, which provides for an hourly rate of $14 as an advance
against commissions. VIP Sales Executives have targeted annual
earnings of $80,000 per year, with some Team Members earning
substantially more based on their individual performance. -

Schedule Details: Our Sales Department operates 7 days per week -
VIP Sales Executives generally start from 8:30am-8:45am. Paid
training is provided. 5 day work week will be assigned following
completion of training based on business needs. What will I be
doing? - Follow through on all Vacation Introductory Programs (VIP)
by phone to reduce the cancellation rate. - Stamp all planners when
you turn the tables. - Accountable for meeting acceptable
tour-to-sale ratio (VPG). - Complete Vacation Program agreements in
accordance with rules. - Make the required presentation to every
guest that is turned to you. - Identity and resolve quality
assurance issues. Qualifications - What are we looking for? Hilton

years of customer service experience. - Consistent record of

Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. - High
school diploma or equivalent. It would be helpful in this position

- Previous experience in a branded vacation ownership. - Valid
