Schedule Details: Our Sales Office operates 7 days a week. Your workday will start at 7:30am-7:45am and end when client interaction is complete. Paid training is provided for your first 2 weeks. What are we looking for /n Hilton Grand Vacations is a leader in the vacation ownership industry, operating with an unwavering commitment to innovation, quality, and continued growth. To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience: /n /n - Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience with shown ability to close sales. /n - Valid/Active Hawaii Real Estate License. /n - Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, and holidays. /n - Ability to resolve sophisticated customer service issues and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment. /n - Ability to meet all compensation plan goals. /n - Fluency in Japanese and Proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking). /n - High School diploma or equivalent. /n /n /n It would be advantageous to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: /n /n - Previous experience in the sale or marketing of similar luxury goods or services, or previous experience selling branded Timeshare or Vacation Ownership products. /n /n We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
