Medicare Insurance Sales Agent – Licensed Sagility combines

Insurance Sales Agent – Licensed Are you ready to start or grow

Medicare-eligible individuals through plan options, help them make
informed decisions, and enroll them in coverage that meets their
needs, all inbound, consultative, and phone-based. it’s a
structured path into long-term growth in healthcare sales, with
paid training, licensing support, and strong performance-based
bonuses. Get paid from day one, with performance-based bonus
opportunities. Onsite at our Kapolei, HI office and work-from-home
up to 3 days per week after training. Inbound sales only from
UnitedHealthcare: You will never be asked to purchase leads or
materials. Paid training, coaching, and clear opportunities to
advance in healthcare sales. Medical and 401(k) benefits are
available after standard eligibility periods. 27.00 per hour
Potential to earn up to $300.00 in bonuses during training and
production. Uncapped $300 referral bonuses for each referral who
completes training and one week of production Build trust and
rapport to help members make informed decisions Assist with
completing enrollment applications accurately and compliantly
Multi-task across multiple computer screens and systems while
engaging with customers Meet or exceed sales, quality, and customer
satisfaction goals Maintain all licensing and annual training
requirements Full-time Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00
AM–4:30 PM HST Must be flexible to work assigned production shifts
between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM HST after training Active Resident
Health Insurance License (Required) Must be willing to work on-site
for the first 7 weeks. S. citizen High school diploma or equivalent
