of $100,000, with some Team Members earning significantly more
based on their performance. The pay rate is $16 per hour, plus
bonuses outlined in the compensation plan. No cold-calling, lead
generation, or self-advertising fees - 100% of your clients are
provided by us. Qualified Sales Executives are eligible for Real

Schedule Details: Our Sales Office operates 7 days a week. Your
workday will start at 7:30am-7:45am and end when client interaction
is complete. Paid training is provided for your first 2 weeks. You
will be assigned a 4-day rotating working schedule following
completion of training, based on business needs. Additional
Responsibilities Include: \n \n Engage with potential owners and
present luxury vacation products, providing them an avenue to build
future vacation memories. \n Promote a positive team environment
and implement HGV core values and policies. \n Maintain effective
communication with clients and provide follow up to ensure customer
happiness. \n Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance Managers
to resolve guest related issues as they arise. \n Attend sales
trainings and meetings for key updates on our company products. \n
Generate referral leads with each new customer. \n What are we
looking for \n Hilton Grand Vacations is a leader in the vacation
ownership industry, operating with an unwavering commitment to

successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications
and experience: \n \n Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service
experience with shown ability to close sales. \n Valid/Active
Hawaii Real Estate License. \n Ability to work a flexible schedule
to include weekends, and holidays. \n Ability to resolve
sophisticated customer service issues and adapt to changes in a
fast-paced environment. \n Ability to meet all compensation plan
goals. \n Proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking). \n
High School diploma or equivalent. \n \n \n It would be
advantageous to demonstrate the following capabilities and
distinctions: \n \n Previous experience in the sale or marketing of
similar luxury goods or services, or previous experience selling
branded Timeshare or Vacation Ownership products. \n \n We are an
