Job Description:
ManTech is currently seeking a dedicated USMC Liaison Officer to
support our strategic initiatives within the Department of Defense,
specifically focusing on enhancing operations involving the U.S.
Marine Corps. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless
communication, collaboration, and operational effectiveness between
the Marine Corps and ManTech's mission-critical programs. The
Liaison Officer will be tasked with championing innovative
solutions that enhance national security, fostering strong
relationships, and providing expert guidance on military-related
developments. Act as the primary point of contact between ManTech
and the U.S. Marine Corps. Coordinate and manage the communication
of information related to projects and operations between the
Marine Corps and ManTech. Advise senior management on the
development of strategies to meet USMC needs and align with
national security objectives. Facilitate meetings and briefings
between ManTech and USMC stakeholders to ensure clarity of goals
and initiatives. Monitor and report on the progress of joint
initiatives, identifying potential areas for improvement and
innovation. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and military
regulations and standards in executing projects. Strong
understanding of Marine Corps operations and culture. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to strategize,
implement, and manage projects. Proficient in defense-related
technology and intelligence systems. Expertise in national security
protocol and compliance. Preferred: Joint Professional Military
Education (JPME) Phase I. Required: Security Clearance at the level
of Secret or higher.
