Company is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Receptionist to
support daily front-office operations for a well-established CPA
firm. This role is responsible for welcoming clients, managing the
check-in process, handling incoming calls, and assisting with the
secure intake and release of tax documents and completed tax
returns. During slower periods, the Receptionist will assist with
scanning and uploading tax documents into the firm’s tax software.
Requirements: Prior experience in a professional office or
receptionist role Tax or accounting office experience preferred but
not required Strong customer service and communication skills High
attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and
confidential information with discretion Basic computer skills;
comfort scanning and uploading documents Additional Information:
Job Type: 3-month Temporary Opportunity with possible extension Pay
