Job Description Job Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth office operations and providing excellent administrative support to various projects. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. To apply for this role please call us at 808-531-0800 . Responsibilities: • Manage administrative tasks such as answering incoming calls, responding to inquiries, and directing calls to the appropriate departments. • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy, ensuring all records are up-to-date and properly maintained. • Provide support with light accounting duties, including processing invoices and tracking expenses. • Prepare price quotes and assist with project-related documentation as needed. • Coordinate and oversee various office projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. • Assist with receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and maintaining a welcoming office environment. • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure proper documentation for administrative processes. • Collaborate with team members to ensure operational efficiency and address any administrative needs. • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role. • Proficiency in handling inbound calls and managing phone systems. • Strong skills in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy. • Familiarity with light accounting practices and basic financial tasks. • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant office software. • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. •Experience answering phones •Great interpersonal skills • A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
