In this role, you will be entrusted with the safety and security of residents in a designated living community. Your primary focus will be to maintain a secure environment, prevent incidents and ensure the wellbeing of all residents. This position requires vigilance, a proactive attitude, and a strong commitment to safety protocols. Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols within the residential community. Manage access to the premises, ensuring that only authorized individuals enter the property. Respond to emergencies and alarms promptly and effectively. Report suspicious activities to law enforcement as necessary. Maintain detailed logs of incidents and daily activities. Provide a visible security presence to deter crime. Engage with residents to foster a sense of security and community. Strong observational skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to respond appropriately to emergencies Basic knowledge of security operations and procedure Proficiency in surveillance systems and patrolling Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance 401k Must possess a valid security guard license as per state regulations.
