customer-focused, detail-oriented, goal-driven Service Consultant
(Call Center Agent) to join our Call Center Team. This role offers
a kick-start into the world of banking, where you get to learn
about various areas of the bank and how to utilize resources to
respond to customers’ inquiries. You’ll gain a foundational
knowledge base to build a successful career in the banking
industry. As a Service Consultant, you are the first line of
communication for our internal and external customers. You’ll also
have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment alongside
a team who is passionate about providing exceptional customer
service. You’ll also have the opportunity to earn incentives based

position is located in the Kamehameha Industrial Center in Kalihi.
Additional Skills & Qualifications • Must be open to training
Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm for the first 3 months of
employment. • Shift will be 7a-330p or 1030a-7p, including Saturday
or Sunday, upon completion of training. Work Schedule: Call Center
hours are 7:00 am-7:00 pm, 7 days a week - shifts may vary based on
business need. Agents must be available to work on weekends. *Must
be able to work all 7 days, but will only be working 5 days a week.
• High level of professionalism and customer-orientation, with
strong verbal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
where creating a positive customer experience is the 1 priority
while also appropriately handling confidential customer
information. • 2 years customer service experience or comparable
work experience in a retail, sales or financial environment •
Experience and comfort with computers and internet highly
desirable. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position
based out of Honolulu, HI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this
position is $45000.00 - $53000.00/yr. Excellent benefits package,
401K match, healthcare benefits, PTO etc. Workplace Type This is a
