As a Customer Greeter at Avis Budget Group, you will be the first point of contact for customers as they embark on their travel journeys. Based at strategic airport locations, you’ll be responsible for providing a warm welcome and guiding customers through our seamless rental pick-up process. At Avis Budget Group, we pride ourselves in fostering an environment of innovation and top-tier customer service, and you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences by embodying these values in every interaction. Warmly greeting customers upon their arrival and assist them with any initial inquiries. Guiding customers to appropriate service desks or directions within the airport. Providing information on vehicle rentals, amenities, airport facilities, and procedures. Assisting with customer service duties including managing queues and providing operational support to the customer service team. Collaborating with various teams to ensure efficient service delivery and resolve any customer concerns swiftly. Maintaining knowledge of all Avis Budget Group services and promotions, ensuring accurate information is communicated. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Customer-oriented mindset Strong organizational skills Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally Basic knowledge of computer systems and office software Medical Insurance Dental Insurance 401k None specifically required, but any customer service-related training or certifications would be beneficial.
