Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and vigilant Part Time Weekend Security Officer to join our team of professionals in providing exceptional security services. This position is ideal for individuals looking to ensure safety and security during weekend shifts, helping to protect our client’s properties and assets. The role involves monitoring premises, responding to emergencies, and maintaining detailed reports of incidents. The successful candidate will contribute to a safe and secure environment through outstanding vigilance and adherence to protocols. Monitor security systems and conduct patrols of assigned areas to detect and prevent unauthorized access. Respond to alarms and emergencies with a calm and professional demeanor. Enforce property rules and regulations to ensure a secure environment. Maintain detailed logs of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences. Report security findings and issues to the shift supervisor or appropriate authorities. Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary. Provide assistance to visitors or employees in a courteous and professional manner. Strong observational skills Ability to act responsibly and ethically in emergency situations Good communication skills, both written and oral Proficient in using security management systems and technology Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance 401k State-required security officer training and licensing must be obtained. First Aid and CPR certifications are preferred.
