Position Summary This position has global responsibilty for Hawaiian Airlines' digital media strategy, planning, execution and analysis. Reporting to the Director of Global Advertising, the successful candidate will partner with country managers and international digital media agencies to drive qualified traffic to our ecommerce store. Responsible for search advertising, affliate marketing, travel endemic and retargeting programs. Manages a large group of digital media agengy direct reports across North America, Hawaii, Asia and Australia. Core member of the team assigned with evolving and implementing MarTech/AdTech infrastructure and process improvement. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop annual strategy and plans for digital demand generation channels across all markets, international and domestic
  • Develop and manage annual digital media budgets. Manage monthly accruals and forecasting for all markets
  • Lead all digital demand efforts across all markets and digital media formats, which may include, but are not limited to, search advertising, affliate marketing, travel endemic and retargeting
  • Manage agency resources to deliver against the strategy and produce intended results
  • Build roadmap for affliate agency partners by setting KPIs, driving optimizations and vetting effectivness
  • Drive a test and learn program within our digital demand portfolio to optimize performance against objectives
  • Develop reporting candance and provide clear, actionable results to stakeholders
  • Represent global advertising requirements in the design and implementation of MarTech infrastructure and process. Liason with IT and Marketing Analytics
  • Oversee agency implementation of new ad technology solutions
  • Oversee performance and budget management for digital media agencies and other marketing service providers, including providing written and verbal feedback. Approve budget expenditures. Manage purchase orders and invoices
  • Other duties as assigned Requirements Minimum Requirements
    • Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
    • 5 years professional working experience in digital advertising, direct marketing and/or brand management
    • Proven ability to drive results utilizing data
    • Highly detail oriented with an ability to multitask and prioritize while manage multiple programs simultaneously
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Understanding of, and sensitivity to, the Hawaiian Airlines brand, mission, and values
    • Able to travel to and obtain visas for foreign countries

      • Proficiency in search engine marketing (SEM) and use of SEM tools
      • Well versed in SEM best practices and emerging trends
      • Experience directly managing digital media agencies
      • Experience with international marketing and advertising
