A single-specialty healthcare management company is searching
for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Nurse Anesthetist
Talent Acquisition Sourcer . Core Responsibilities Include:
Prioritizing sourcing efforts based on the direction of the
Director of Talent Acquisition Directly sourcing talent by
utilizing a variety of techniques, tools, and sourcing channels
Sourcing passive and active candidates Applicants must meet the
following qualifications: Bachelor---s degree 3+ years sourcing
experience with a healthcare agency, search firm or in-house
recruiting team Experience with high-volume recruiting and online
sourcing niche sites Experience with sourcing, tracking and
managing candidates within a robust ATS and/or CRM Ability to work
in conjunction with marketing and talent acquisition team
Organizational and coordination skills along with multi-tasking
capabilities
