Kaiser Permanente Georgia seeks a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care to patients and support our mission of enhancing patient health by delivering integrated care and coverage. Working under the guidance of registered nurses and doctors, you will play a key role in maintaining a high standard of patient services, contributing to a safe and therapeutic environment. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patient's conditions Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention Collaborate with registered nurses and physicians to implement patient care plans Prepare patients for, and assist with, examinations and treatments Proficient in clinical skills with the ability to handle medical instruments and equipment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and observational skills Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of healthcare software and systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Georgia CPR Certification recommended
